Our story:
Founded in 2022 by Dag, Peter, and Christian, Tactisim emerged from their shared experience during a military medical course for Home Guard paramedics.
Fueled by discussions around the potential of commercially available VR/AR technology, they set out to develop a simulator that enhances realism and learning in pre-hospital healthcare exercises. Thus, Tactisim was born.
By summer 2023, Tactisim expanded its team, bringing onboard software developers Carl and Nicke, who had previously contributed through their master thesis work. Meanwhile, Tactisim’s solutions were rapidly gaining traction among key players in the field of tactical medical training.

To improve decision-making where it matters most—by giving professionals access to digital, scenario-based training that builds mental readiness, strengthens critical skills, and prepares them for pressure. Whether medical or tactical, every action taken with clarity is a result of quality training.
